This Privacy Policy describes how Tegri, LLC (“Tegri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website (the “Site”), use our client portal to manage subscriptions, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
Tegri, LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We provide bookkeeping services to U.S. customers. Our operations are performed remotely.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
We collect information you choose to provide, including:

Account and portal information: name, email, phone number, password/credentials, subscription plan selection, and account preferences.

Billing information: billing address and payment-related data needed to process subscription payments (note: we typically do not store full payment card numbers if payments are handled by a payment processor).

B. Information We Collect Automatically (Website/Portal)
When you use the Site or portal, we may collect:

C. Bookkeeping Data in QuickBooks Online
Bookkeeping work is performed separately in QuickBooks Online. Depending on how you engage with us, your business’s accounting data (including transaction-level information) may be stored and processed within Intuit’s systems under their terms and privacy practices. We access and use that data to provide bookkeeping services in accordance with our client agreement and your instructions.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:

Provide and operate the Services, including account creation, subscription management, portal access, and customer support.

Process payments for subscriptions and manage billing, renewals, and payment confirmation.

Deliver bookkeeping services, including communicating with you about requests, deliverables, and service status.

We may share information in these circumstances:
A. Service Providers (Vendors)
We use vendors to help operate the Site and Services (e.g., website hosting, client portal platform, subscription billing/payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support tools). These vendors may process personal information on our behalf and are authorized to use it only as necessary to provide services to us.
B. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through our payment processor(s). Your payment card details are handled by the processor according to their security standards and privacy practices. We may receive limited information such as payment status, partial card details (e.g., last four digits), and billing contact information.
C. QuickBooks Online / Intuit
If you authorize or require our access to your QuickBooks Online account to perform bookkeeping, data is processed within QuickBooks Online. We may share information as needed to connect accounts, provide services, and support the authorized relationship.
D. Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
QuickBooks Online: Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit’s terms and privacy practices. Your bookkeeping data in QuickBooks Online is not controlled solely by Tegri.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
11. International Visitors
Our Services are intended for U.S. customers. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date and post the updated policy on the Site. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or the client portal.
